French 4/4 violin from Mirecourt, early XXth century, from LABERTE workshops, bearing a label Nicolaus Amatus .1651, spruce top with thin rings in the center and widening on the edges, two pieces of maple back on mesh with small waves a little crumpled and rising on both sides of the joint, sides of the same wood matching the back, orange-brown varnish, 359 mm, small crack without gravity on the back due to a shock on the left side near the C, quite good condition in an old case.
