Very solid binding, no notable flaws except for some wear and tear, particularly on the boards. Collated as follows: title page restored and lined with rag paper. The fold-out map of Brittany has been restored and lined with thick rag paper. Some foliation errors, 831 folios with 1 leaf missing, 829. Leaves 830 and 831 restored. The fold-out genealogical table of the dukes and princes of Brittany is missing. A good copy of this classic history of Brittany, but still very rare at this date. Published during the lifetime of the author, who died in Thorigné in 1590.
