Silver OSTENSOIR (950). PARIS, Antoine-Henry DUBOIS, 1798-1809. It stands on a quadripod base decorated with floral medallions, friezes of ovals, and, on the sides, cartouches with the tables of the law in the center of radiating clouds, the Trinitarian triangle radiating. The stem is composed of a knot with a gadrooned culot encircled by a floral band, a palm-leaf motif and an oval ring. The acanthus-leaf-trimmed glory is surrounded by radiating clouds and surmounted by a flat cross. Instability of the glory on the tilting stem, chips, soldering at the stem/sunburst joint. Height 42 cm; gross weight 513 g.
