Silver CAFETIERE (925). PARIS, TETARD FRERES, ap. 1838 (Minerve). Pan-shaped model standing on a circular foot, the body encircled by a projecting molding. Decorated with scrolls of foliage on a bitter background above the molding, under the neck and on the lid. Molded knob handle. Projecting lid edged with gadroons. Curved boxwood handle. Shocks (lid grip, cover, foot) and denting of the body in the foot. Lid closes poorly.
