Ariadne's net for safe entry into the labyrinth of Hermetic philosophy. Handwritten copy from the 18th century (circa 1850) and without author. 1 volume in-4°, bound in stiff vellum, triple cold fillet on boards, small tears on spine without missing, easily restorable. 178 handwritten pages, fine, legible penmanship, collated and complete; last page in another hand. The woodcuts in the text of the printed edition of 1695 by Laurent d'Houry have not been reproduced. Very clean manuscript, rare.
