Pistol case, in varnished oak, sheathed in burgundy velvet, signed in the lid.
SIGNED "GASTINNE-RENETTE".
It contains:
- One (of a pair) percussion pistol, rifled barrel, signed "Gosset à Paris", signed lock and flat-bodied hammer, finger rest trigger guard, engraved cut-out iron fittings, checkered walnut stock.
(Mechanical accident, wood chips and cracks, accident and missing mantelpiece and oxidation).
- And its accessories: rosewood mallet, screwdriver, chimney remover (mouthpiece missing), bullet mold, pod, powder flask, notepad box, cleaning and tamping rods.
