Cavalry officer's saber "à la chasseur", basane-covered wooden handle with filigree, brass mounting and three-prong guard with two shuttle-shaped pommels. Curved blade with flat back, counter-edge and hollow sides. Iron scabbard with two wide bracelets
decorated with Roman-style attributes. GOOD CONDITION. Circa 1810/1820.
