Silver (925) PELLE A GATEAU. PARIS, silversmith PMB, 1819-1838. The shovel has an openwork border with a laurel garland and is engraved on the back with the monogram JD. The handle is in ebony and the mantle adorned with a pearled frieze and a striated band. Length 35.5 cm; gross weight 191 g.
