PATEK, PHILIPPE & Cie Genève n°157746 circa 1900. Gold pocket watch, pendant winding, time-setting by pull-tab. Round case no. 266457, gold inner bowl signed Patek Philippe. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, railway track and red painted numerals for the minutes. Louis XV-style hands, small balanced second hand at 6 o'clock. Mechanical movement, bridge caliber, anchor escapement, bi-metallic screw-cut balance wheel, blued steel balance spring, swan-neck regulator. Case, dial and movement signed. Diameter: 51mm - Gross weight: 100.90g (750 thousandths). Slight dent on the case middle.
