Necklace convertible into a bracelet, forming on the front a river of brilliant-cut diamonds with spacers of vertically set baguette-cut diamonds. It is held by two sinuous ribbons with fluted decoration on a round Venetian link chain centered with 5 tiered baguette-cut diamonds.
The ribbons are removable so that the rivière de diamants can be worn as a bracelet. Ratchet system.
