Exceptional Victorian gold serpentine necklace entirely punctuated with cabochon turquoise. The ends represent two enameled snake heads, each punctuated with a 0.10 carat old-cut diamond, holding a ring that, thanks to an opening ratchet clasp decorated with fine chasing and enhanced by a foliate motif paved with 0.40 carat old-cut diamonds, holds an opening heart-shaped pendant, enameled in turquoise blue and sublimated in its center by a star set with old-cut diamonds totaling approx. 0.80 carat.
