PAIR OF CANDELABRES in silver-plated bronze. 19th century. Resting on a circular base bordered by a pearled frieze, the umbilicus with gadroon descending like the lower part of the central shaft topped by a pinecone-shaped socket. Two light arms in the form of leafy stems rise from the base of the shaft and terminate in binnacles encircled by a plain band and decorated with a pearled frieze. Worn silver plating. Height 20 cm; Width (arms) 20 cm
