This work depicts a female figure rising from the sea, carried by wind and light. Her free-flowing hair is reminiscent of ancient headdresses, and her contemporary short-sleeved garment is adorned with yellow and orange motifs, such as Bigouden peacock feathers, Seiz Breur suns and Breton furniture birds, which interact with the stylized waves evoking René Quilivic's etchings. Behind her, a large, iconic golden sun illuminates her profile, giving the scene a sacred dimension. With her hand resting on her body, the figure gazes at the horizon with serenity and gentleness, in a gesture that is both enthusiastic and protective.
