DRAGOIR BODY in silver (925) and cut crystal. PARIS, Martial FRAY, 1849-1861. Square base standing on four claw feet decorated with foliate scrolls around the base and top edge. The circular foot is bordered by an ornamental frieze and features a beaded ring. The curved handles form foliate scrolls and are attached to the rest by hinge and pin to the palmette-shaped attachment centered on a burst fruit. The crystal body forms large gadroons. Lid and original pin missing. Height 21 cm; Width 20 cm; Gross weight 681.8 g. Expert : Sophie Vergne
