Jux fexirbuch oder der zauberer. Prague, grossen ring N°608, circa 1840.
1 small album, in-12 format, paperback in poor dust jacket, outer edges of leaves poorly trimmed. Collated and complete with frontispiece and 80 lithographed color plates. Text in German Gothic, a few black scores of notated tunes.
The subjects of the plates in this adorable little book are very varied, including military figures, elegant women and men of the world, angry peasant women, exotic birds and numerous playing cards.
Very rare, bright colors.
