Civilian live steam boat with vertical bow. Length 60 cm. Brass figurehead representing "the" winged griffin, the manufacturer's emblem. Oscillating engine, horizontal boiler with whistle, valve dome and on/off lever. Zinc hull, painted in minium bronze and black. One-piece flat mahogany deck. Two wooden masts, brass halyard racks projecting from the hull wall. Forward ventilation passageway bordered by a gilded brass frieze. Stanchion rail. Brass tiller angle adjustment rail. Brass air shafts. Three-bladed propeller. Circa 1895. Machine not tested.
