Rose gold and silver medallion brooch-pendant, featuring a cameo on oval agate decorated with a woman's profile facing left, with delicately sculpted hair, jewelry and bodice. The stone is held in a surround of fleurons set with rose-cut diamonds (knocks and traces of glue on the back).
French work from the second half of the 19th century - eagle head hallmark.
